Any text related to knowledge and transformation of human activities, in particular work activities, can be submitted to the journal. In order to favor the diversity of points of view and expression, Ergology accepts four types of manuscript:
1. Articles within the traditional academic and scientific norms. 2. Talks uttered under specific circumstances, whose content and form take into account the conditions for the occasion of its original settings. 3. Testimonials from narratives or interviews about professional experiences. 4. Reviews on cultural objects (books, films, theatre plays, concerts, CDs, DVDs) that revolve around topics concerning Ergology.
Note: Proposals of specific topic issues and thematic dossiers that are originally from a particular event which involve many texts must be submitted directly to the Coordinators of the Editorial Committee.
Texts can be written in French, Portuguese, English or Spanish. Authors must send two versions of the text to the journal: a full version and an anonymous version. The texts proposed to Ergology that are in accord to the norms (cf. “Author guide”) will be submitted anonymously to the appreciation of two referees, a member of the Editorial Committee and another ad hoc. In case there is no consensus in this assessment, a third referee will be requested. Based on the evaluations, the Coordinators of the Editorial Committee will make a decision on the publication of the text and possible alterations, and will send the final result and evaluations to the author, who, accordingly, will make such alterations following the needs raised.
